In our Spanish recipes section, there are really two parts: Spanish recipes and international recipes. Note that all of our recipes (with the exception of paella) are in Spanish [ more about this classroom project ].

About this project

All of these come from projects done in class with students on our Spanish courses. At lower levels, we ask the learners to write the recipe for a traditional dish from their home country. At higher levels, we asked them to give us the recipe for a traditional Spanish dish that they had tried during their stay here in Barcelona and enjoyed. They obtained the recipe from different sources - eg. from their Spanish host family.

As the idea behind this was to learn as much Spanish as possible, the work done and the recipes presented here are all in Spanish.
