IH Barcelona is a great place to study - the testimonials on this website should convince you of that. We have a terrific team of teachers and administrators who all work very hard to provide our students with a great standard of service. We don't just want to meet your expectations, we want to exceed them!

But while we take our work very seriously, we also want our students to enjoy themselves, so we also work hard to make the school a friendly, relaxed and interesting place to be. The fact that we have students from all over the world studying with us obviously helps - as does the fact that we have lots of Spanish people in the school taking English and other language courses. This mixture of nationalities cultures and backgrounds does wonders for the atmosphere of the school - it truly is an 'International House'.

Barcelona is also an amazing place to visit - at any time of the year. There's so much to do and see, and there's always so much going on. The atmosphere of the city is also quite unique. It's a city that works hard but plays hard too; it has its own distinctive culture, but it's also completely cosmopolitan. It's one of those places that will live in your memory for ever.

I first came to Barcelona on a six-month's teaching contract and that was over 20 years ago. So be warned, you may not want to leave!
