Part-time course 2009-2010

Sessions from 9am to 2.30pm Tuesday and Thursday, including teaching practice.

Full-time course 2010

July 5—August 27, 2010

Sessions from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, including teaching practice.

Part-time course 2010-2011

October 5, 2010—March 23, 2011

Sessions from 9am to 2.30pm Tuesday and Thursday, including teaching practice.

Price

• Course fee: €2,595
• Module 2 examination fee: €145 (to be paid together with the course fee) Total: €2,740

Exam fees

Now that the DELTA course is modular, each module has a different fee, which Cambridge changes every year.

At the moment the fees are as follows but are subject to change:

• Module 1 (written exam): €120
• Module 2 (coursework): €145
• Module 3 (extended assignment): €85

Bank / transfer charges for these fees will be added to the total.

Paying your exam fees

Before your course begins, you have to pay the fees for Module 2, which includes the externally-assessed practical assignment.

The fees for Modules 1 and 3 are paid to the centre at which you enrol to take them, when you decide to take them. That centre can be, but does not have to be, IH Barcelona.

Centres will have deadlines for enrolment.

Form of payment

€600 deposit on acceptance and the balance (€1,995+€145 Module 2 fee) by one month before the start date of the course. Note that deposits are non-refundable.

For the part-time course only, it is possible to pay the balance by instalments (October-December). Please ask for information.

Candidates who did their CELTA or CELTYL course at IH Barcelona are entitled to a discount of €150.

Note The examination fee for the June examination is due in the previous February; for the December examination it is due in the previous August.
