How to pay for your course

You can pay for your course by one of the methods below.

Please note that you will be liable for any bank charges, even if you have already paid bank charges in your own country.

For Method 1, add €6 (UK) or €15 (USA & all other countries).

For Method 2, add €18 on to the cost of the course (all countries).

1. Direct bank transfer

Please note – if your bank needs to know – this number is the required international transfer number and it breaks down as follows: Country: ES84; Bank name: 0081; branch: 0057; bank's internal sort code: 34; IH's account number: 0003159319.

2. Cheque/bankers' draft in euros

This should be drawn on, ie guaranteed by, a non-Spanish bank.

3. Credit card

You can pay for the course by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Please let us have the card type, card number, name as it is on the card and the date of expiry. You can email, fax or phone through this information. We will delete your email (or destroy your fax) once we have processed the payment.

Please note: if the card you wish to use is not in your name, we need a fax authorising its use for payment of your course, signed by the cardholder. We will not put the payment through without this authorisation.

Cancellations

In all cases of cancellation we will retain 10% of fees paid to cover administrative costs.

In the case of cancellation six weeks or more before the course starting date, 20% of our total fee will be retained.

With less than six weeks' notice, 50% of our total fee will be retained.

If cancellation occurs in the final ten days before the starting date our total fee will be retained.

However, in certain exceptional circumstances we will consider transferring the fees to another course. No transfer is made if notice is insufficient to allow for the finding of a substitute candidate.
