Booking your Spanish course

Mac users Use the pdf file if you cannot launch online enrolment on your Mac.
All individual enrolments should be accompanied by a deposit of €200 (or the full course fee), which can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
Note that the deposit is not a separate registration fee, and is part the total cost of your course. There is no registration fee for our courses.
Cheques should be made payable to International House Barcelona S.L. and sent to the school address (International House Barcelona, Trafalgar 14, 08010 Barcelona, Spain).
Transfers should be made to our bank account which has the following number: 0081-0057-34-0003159319 (SWIFT code BSA BES BB), and is held at the Banco de Sabadell, Via Layetana 47, Barcelona.
Please note that any bank charges incurred on payment of the deposit will be added to the balance of the course fee.

Payment
The balance of fees is due at least two weeks before the first day of the course. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (see details above).
Cancellations
Where a cancellation is received 10 days or more before the course is due to start, payment will be refunded less €120 for expenses. For cancellations received with less than 10 days notice, payment is refunded less €200.
Once the course has started, refunds can only be made in exceptional circumstances.

Insurance
We strongly recommend students to take out comprehensive travel and medical insurance in their country of origin to cover any loss, sickness or accident which may occur during the course.
