Apartments in Palma
Our full range of accommodation options in Palma includes both shared apartments (see below) and self-catering apartments for your exclusive use.
For both options, please note that you are asked to pay the equivalent of two weeks' rent as a deposit on arrival. This deposit is refunded when the keys are returned and after the apartment has been checked for loss or damage. Any loss or damage for which you are responsible will be deducted from the deposit before the balance is returned.
Shared Apartments
We have a number of furnished apartments available for rent that you can share with other students. The normal minimum period for renting an apartment is 2 weeks.
All apartments are centrally located and are therefore between 10-20 minutes from the school on foot or by public transport.
You normally have your own individual bedroom although some larger rooms are also available for two or more students. If you are travelling to Palma with friends or family you can therefore request to share a bedroom in an apartment.
Apart from a bed (or beds) each bedroom also contains a desk and at least one wardrobe.
Each apartment also has a kitchen, bathroom and living room which you share.
These apartments are fully furnished and facilities include a washing machine and TV. Some apartments also have
telephones, but these are programmed to accept incoming calls only.
You are provided with sheets, blankets and towels, but you should bring your own beach towels.
The apartments are cleaned once a week and bed linen is also changed weekly.
You are provided with a set of keys so that you can come and go when you please.
Note: We try to place students of the same age and sex together in the same apartment where possible. As this isn't always the case, however, if you do not want to share an apartment with people of different ages or sex, please make this very clear on the application form.
Prices
- Room in apartment with other students — €175/week, €30/extra night
Included: Meeting service on arrival at the apartment; weekly cleaning service; weekly change of bed linen and towels; utilities (water, gas and electricity).
Not included: Meals and use of telephone.

Apartments for Individuals or Families
If you are staying in Palma for 2 weeks or more, there is also the possibility of renting a fully furnished, self-catering apartment.
These apartments are entirely self-catering, which means that no meals are provided and you are also responsible for cleaning. Most of these apartments are located within 15-20 minutes of the school by public transport.
Prices
- 2 or 3 bedroom furnished apartment — €395/week, €66/extra night
Included: Meeting service on arrival at the apartment, utilities (water, gas and electricity).
Not included: Cleaning service, change of bed linen and towels, meals and use of telephone.
Important: If you are staying in a furnished apartment you will be asked to pay the equivalent of 2 weeks' rent as a deposit

Any loss or damage which is attributed to the student will be deducted from the deposit before the balance is returned.

Arrival information
When you arrive -- normally on the Sunday before your course begins -- you should make your own way to the apartment (unless a transfer has been requested). We will send you the address of the apartment when your booking is confirmed.
Note: You must inform the school and the apartment owner of your travel arrangements and estimated time of arrival; this will avoid the person handing over the keys having to wait in the apartment unnecessarily -- or you having to wait on the street.
