Enrolments

All enrolments should be accompanied by a €200 deposit, which can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.

Note that the deposit is not a separate registration fee, and?is?part?the total cost of your course. There is no registration fee for our courses.

Cheques, in euros, should be made payable to International House Barcelona S.L.

Transfers should be made to our bank account, which has the following IBAN number: ES84-0081-0057-34-0003159319, Swiftcode BSA BES BB, and is held at the Banco de Santander, Via Layetana 47, Barcelona.

Please note that any bank charges incurred on payment of the deposit will be added to the balance of the course fee.

Payment

The balance of fees is due on or before the first day of the course.

We regret that we cannot accept payment by traveller's cheque.

Cancellations

Where a cancellation is received 10 days or more before the course is due to start, the deposit is refunded less €120 for expenses.

For cancellations received with less than 10 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Once the course has started, refunds can only be made in exceptional circumstances.
