Spanish courses for Palma residents
Part time Spanish courses
For those living and perhaps working in the city, we also offer part-time Spanish courses in Palma, 3 hours a week, with a wide range of possible timetables.
All our Spanish classes (except beginners) have continuous enrolment. This means that you can join a class that is at the same level as you any time during the year.
All group classes, including beginners, are for three hours per week, and are offered on the following days and at the following times:
Days and times
You can choose from the following possible combinations
of days for your classes (subject to availability):
- Monday and Wednesday
- Monday and Friday
- Tuesday and Thursday
- Wednesday and Friday
The possible class times (again, subject to availability) are:
- 08.00 - 09.30
- 10.30 - 12.00
- 13.30 - 15.00
- 14.00 - 15.30
- 15.45 - 17.15
- 17.30 - 19.00
- 19.00 - 20.30
- 20.15 - 21.45
We also offer Spanish classes one day a week, at the following possible times:
- Friday: 18.30 - 21.30
Note that, unless you are a complete beginner, you can start at any time of the year.
Fees
The price per month is €120, which must be paid in advance. You will be admitted to classes only when
the entire month's classes have been paid.
If you choose to pay for three months in advance, the price is €300 for the Autumn and Spring terms, €200 for the Summer term.
Note that there is no registration fee for our courses.
Observations
The course fee does not include text books. These can be purchased
from reception. Teachers will provide photocopies for students
who are awaiting books. However, if you have not purchased
books when they are available, you will be subject to a photocopy charge
of €15 per month.
All class times offered are subject to demand. International House reserves the right to cancel or close down classes which have less than three students. Students from classes which have been closed down will be offered alternative classes or refunds.
