English for work

•Levels: Pre-Intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1), Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (B2/C1)

The aim of these courses is to equip the student with the necessary English skills so as to be able to deal with a range of situations at work where English might be needed: E.g. Meetings, Telephoning, Emails, Presentations, Job interviews, Customer Service, etc.

The Standard course can be followed as preparation for the Business English Certificate (BEC) from the University of Cambridge. There are three levels of exam:

• Preliminary (equivalent to PET)
• Vantage (equivalent to First Certificate)
• Higher (equivalent to CAE)

These exams are sat in May/June in Tarragona.
